Pork Tenderloin
Seasoned with my own dry rub then grilled to perfection and sliced just before it is served with a choice of medium or well done.

Apple wood smoked and carved on the buffet line by the chef

Pulled Pork
Seasoned with my own dry rub then smoked nice and slow with apple wood and hand pulled

St Louis style apple wood smoked ribs +$2.50
Seasoned with my own dry rub then smoked nice and slow with apple wood and finished on the grill


Chicken Roulade
Boneless chicken thigh rolled around asparagus, smoked bacon, and a blend of 4 cheeses, then topped with Burr Blanc (Champagne butter) just before serving

Grilled or Smoked Chicken Quarters
Leg/thigh and breast/wing quarters rubbed with our special seasoning then flamed grilled or smoked

Chicken Marsala
 lightly coated chicken breasts braised with Marsala wine and mushrooms

Lemon Pepper Chicken with Creamy Garlic-Lemon Sauce
Boneless chicken thighs seasoned with lemon-pepper seasoning, baked to perfection and served with the delicious, cheesy, garlic-lemon cream sauce! YUM!

The menu choices above start at $19 per guest with 100 or more guests. For less than 100 guests call for pricing.

Each menu includes:          2 entrees (reduce to 1 entrée and take $2 off) and

                                            3 accompaniments (add additional accompaniments for $1.50)

If an item has a +$ that is in addition to the $19 per guest

A salad and bread choice comes with all meals

Also included are disposable plates, silverware, and napkins

Our staff will attend the buffet tables and help with serving your guests. Your guests can choose anything they wish from the buffet. Our portions are generous

Our staff will clear used dinner ware from the tables

Water service to the tables including water pitchers on each table

Real dinnerware is best rented from a party rental center for a larger selection.

Appetizers are in addition to the meal cost

An approximate count is needed 7 days in advance, however and exact count is needed only 4 days in advance. Please keep us updated as soon as possible on count changes. Current cost is based on guests counts.
First half is due to reserve the date, and the final amount is due 7 days before your event.
Cancellation fee is 25% thru 30 days before your event, and 50% from 29 to 7 days before your event and 100% after 7 days in advance of your event.
